Oh My Kink

Terms

Version 2

The short version: this app is for adults in healthy, consenting relationships. Consent comes first, every time.

  1. Who it's for. You're 18 or older, and so is your partner, who wants to be here too. One account per person. Don't share yours.
  2. Consent is the rule. Everything you do because of this app must be wanted by everyone involved. Consent is freely given and can be taken back at any moment. It's never owed: not for points, not to win, and not because you said yes last time. Someone who is asleep, very drunk or high, or under pressure can't consent.
  3. Not tolerated. Forcing, pressuring, threatening or guilt-tripping anyone into anything. Using the app to control a partner. Involving anyone who hasn't agreed, including in photos or videos. Anyone who does these things will be removed.
  4. No judgment. Nothing here is taboo or "non-standard." Sexuality is whatever the people involved decide it is. Don't shame anyone for what they like, or for what they don't.
  5. Skipping is always fine. Either of you can skip any challenge, any time, without giving a reason. It costs the points and nothing else.
  6. Privacy. Only send proof you both agreed to. Never save, screenshot or share what another couple sends you, or their challenges. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
  7. If something's wrong. Tap Report a concern. It goes only to the app's admins, never to other couples, and the report page shows who the admins are. Accounts that break these terms can be disabled. If you're in danger right now, call your local emergency number.
  8. Shop links. Some links to shops earn this app a small commission. It never changes what you pay. The shop isn't ours: its prices, shipping and privacy are its own. The shop, and any affiliate network it uses, see your IP address and browser and may set cookies. If you sign in or buy there, the shop knows the customer came from this app. We only keep a count of opens.
  9. Leaving. You can delete your account at any time from Us → Account.
  10. Changes. If these terms change, you'll be asked to accept them again.
  11. As-is. This is a small private app. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never break.

What healthy looks like

  • Everyone involved really wants to be there. A yes means yes, not just "didn't say no."
  • Talk first: what you want, what's off limits, and your safeword.
  • Check in with each other during, and again after.
  • A yes can turn into a no at any point, and that is respected right away.
  • Points are for fun, never a reason to push.
  • Look after each other afterwards.
  • Your limits are yours, and you never have to explain them.
